The form can be filled in on a phone, not just on a computer
- The situation
- Many customers opened the form on a phone and found fields that were too small, cut-off text and buttons that were hard to tap.
- What I proposed
- The form should work equally well on any screen.
- What I fixed
- I made the forms responsive: fields and buttons that are easy to touch, steps that fit on the screen, and text that is clear on a phone too.
- The result
- The customer can fill in the form from anywhere, without having to get to a computer.
Many people open a link from an email straight on their phone. If the form doesn’t work there, they don’t fill it in.
