Customers leave the store without buying
I help them find the right product and get an exact answer the moment they hesitate.
See the ShopBot case →New customers can't find me on Google
I rebuild the site so you show up in the searches of people who already need you.
See the auto service case →Everything is on paper and in scattered files
I put documents, photos and jobs in one place the team finds easy to use.
See the auto service case →Customers call to ask what is going on
The customer finds out on their own what stage their job is at, without asking.
See the auto service case →The application is slow, or nobody dares to change it
I modernise it in stages, without stopping your business, so it can grow again.
See an example →Payments fail, get duplicated or subscriptions get tangled
Reliable payment flows and subscriptions, with no duplicates and no lost customers.

All cases →An auto service where the customer sees everything done to their car
An auto service needed more new customers and less paperwork. I rebuilt the website for Google searches, added AI agents for bookings, and built an internal app and a digital service book for customers.
IntegrationsLong forms that customers actually finish
A company collected customer and product data through several cumbersome forms. I rebuilt the flow into clear steps, sent the summary by email as a PDF, connected everything to Salesforce and IDnow, and added reminders for people who don't finish.
Online storeAn online store where customers left without an answer
A WooCommerce store had traffic, but customers left after a search with no results or a question that went unanswered. I proposed ShopBot, an assistant that helps them find the right product and make up their minds. Sales went up.

The store's search didn't understand what the customer wanted
Customers find the product even if they don't know what it's called, and the store sees in the statistics what people actually look for.

HTML learned in the city's internet cafés
I still learn the same way today: I try, see what comes out, then fix it.

Product clicks and add-to-cart: what a chat really tells you
The store sees whether the assistant leads people to a product and to the cart, not just whether it is used.
