Who processes the data

What data I collect and why

The contact form: your name, email, phone number, subject, approximate budget (if you choose one) and your message. I use them only to reply to you and to understand what you are looking for. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form.

Visit statistics: the site uses Google Analytics (Google tag) to understand which pages are read. Aggregated data about visits is collected, such as the pages opened, the device type and the country.

How long I keep it

I keep form messages for as long as needed for the conversation with you and, if we end up working together, for the duration of the collaboration. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.

Who I share it with

The message passes through the services that keep the site running: Cloudflare (hosting and anti-spam protection), an email delivery service and Google (statistics). I do not sell the data and do not use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@petrovicistefan.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
