Someone who doesn't finish the form isn't lost, just interrupted
- The situation
- Many customers started a form, were interrupted and never came back.
- What I proposed
- A polite reminder, at the right moment, that brings the customer back exactly where they left off.
- What I fixed
- I added automatic reminders for those who left their data incomplete, with a link that goes straight to the step they stopped at.
- The result
- More customers finish their form, and the team receives complete data without chasing anyone.
Most people don’t abandon because they don’t want to, but because they had something else to do. A reminder helps them come back.
