- The information customers filled in reached the team and was re-entered by hand into the system, which took time and let mistakes slip in.

- The form should be connected directly to the system the team works in.
- What I fixed
- I integrated the forms with Salesforce, so the submitted data arrives there automatically.
- The result
- The team no longer re-types, and the data in the system is the same as what the customer filled in.
The best manual work is the work that disappears. The link between the form and the system removes a whole step from the process.
