My first computer was an HC 91
- Back then
- My first computer was an HC 91. There was nothing ready-made: whatever I wanted to see on the screen, I had to write myself.
- What I did
- I made little games for myself in BASIC.
- What I learned
- That a program is a series of clear steps, and that a small finished game teaches you more than a big abandoned one.
- Today
- I still start today from something small that works, and grow it afterwards.
That’s where I got the habit of starting with a small but complete version, not with a huge plan.
