A faulty device at the entrance, fixed without a trip
- The situation
- The devices at the entrances to the car parks were managed on site, which meant travel and lost time.
- What I proposed
- The devices should be manageable remotely, from the same platform.
- What I fixed
- I added remote management of the hardware boxes to the platform, for all the car parks.
- The result
- Many problems are solved without anyone travelling to another country.
A trip avoided means time and money saved, and a car park back in service sooner.
